Occupational health care customers of Aava are very satisfied with cooperation-driven occupational health care
Aava Medical Centre issued a decision-maker-level customer survey produced by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health for the third time. The survey was carried out in November 2015. The following presents some key findings in the results. More results.
The survey was sent to 306 decision-makers in companies and organisations and the answers were compared with the comparison materials from the 3438 decision-maker-level respondents of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. The target group of the survey consisted of organisations of 1–9, 10–249, and 250+ employees. There were no substantial differences in the customer satisfaction of organisations of different sizes.
Generally speaking, the customers were very satisfied with our occupational health care services.
The occupational health care cooperation, the health inspections developed by Aava, the service-oriented staff, and the cooperation in the evaluation of the functions' effectiveness were considered especially strong areas in Aava's services (image 1). Our customers appreciated Aava's nursing, which promotes capacity for work and its influence in the management of incapacity risks.
Occupational health reporting, which was adopted as a target of development on the basis of the previous customer survey, is now considered a strength of Aava (image 2).
On the basis of the survey, we were able to find areas to focus on even more in the future. Our customers wished for more actions to improve mental well-being and information on the reasons for sick leaves, among other things. We received a great deal of useful information for our ongoing and future development projects from the survey. We sincerely thank all those who responded to the survey.
