In our app, our occupational health customers have quick access to chat appointments with a doctor or a nurse without any waiting times. The treatment starts with a symptom questionnaire, after which the health care professional will attend to your matter and you will quickly get help for your ailment.
The doctor chat is suitable for treating the most common ailments, such as:

The doctor chat serves occupational health care customers on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The nurse chat offers services such as:
Instructions for treating the flu, stomach flu, aches, allergies and small wounds at home Sick leave certificates for common illnesses

Messages and inquiries
You can use the app to communicate directly with your occupational health care team. Occupational health messages are intended for non-urgent health issues. Your occupational health care team will respond within 1–3 business days and ask for more information, if necessary.
You can also use the app to receive and easily fill in surveys addressed to you.
In the app’s health information section, you will find all your past and scheduled events at Aava’s medical centres as well as your occupational health care messages and surveys.
