I am a specialist in general/family medicine and geriatrics at the University of Helsinki. If you would like a comprehensive geriatric assessment, please bring an up-to-date written list of your medications. For memory assessments, it may be helpful to attend the appointment with a family member or another person close to you, if possible. For driver's licence medical certificates, I will need access to your Kanta health records. Please note, that the medical records are to be written in Finnish or Swedish.
