My name is Dr. Henri Tuomilehto and I am one of the rare full-time sleep physicians. Besides clinical work I have been involved with sleep research for the last 20 years. The first randomized study to show that healthy lifestyle can improve sleep, even cure an existing sleep disorder, was led by me. I work with everyone from airline pilots to elite professional athletes – helping them use sleep to optimize all aspects of their lives. Based on my philosophy, long-term problems is sleeping, sleep disorders, always need a causative treatment, and need to be examined appropriately using the latest state-of-art technology.
