I treat general opththalmologic situations, e.g. dry eye, corneal and conjunctival inflammation, glaucoma, eye trauma, and unspecified deterioration of visual acuity. I also perform minor surgical procedures like chalazion removal.
I perform cataract and lens surgery at the Aava surgical unit.
Strabismus patients and children under the age 13 I kindly refer to a specialist of strabismology and pediatric ophthalmology.
I also work at the University of Helsinki Clinic of Ophthalmology, where my special interests are diseases of the cornea, anterior segment surgery, and cataract surgery.
In addition to opththalmology, I have a background in classical music. I have graduated from the Sibelius Academy with a master's degree in piano performance (2013) and orchestral conducting (2018).
