As a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology (MD, PhD), I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care for women of all ages. I offer routine gynecological care, perform gynecological ultrasound examinations, and am here to assist you with any acute gynecological concerns. Intrauterine devices can be conveniently inserted or removed at my practice.
My particular areas of interest and expertise include the management of abnormal uterine bleeding, hormonal treatments (such as menopausal hormone therapy / HRT and hormonal contraception), and urogynecological problems.
Please note that I do not perform fetal screening ultrasounds.
My doctoral thesis at Helsinki University focused on the cancer risks among women treated with LNG-IUS or endometrial ablation. This research has deepened my understanding and expertise in these specific areas of women's health.
