Patient guide – sending an encrypted email

When you want to send an encrypted email to Aava:

• Open a web browser and go to: https://turvaposti.aava.fi
• Enter your email address in the Sender field. Press the Continue button to open a message window.
• Add etunimi.sukunimi@aava.fi email address as the recipient.
• Enter the message and attachments. Press the Send button to send the message to the selected address.

If you want to keep or save the message you have sent or received, you must save the messages on your computer in txt, html or zip format. The data will be stored in your secure mailbox for 30 days.
