Want to feel better and start with the right actions? Our performance test gives you a clear baseline of your body composition, mobility and endurance. It’s for everyone — including you if training hasn’t been regular and motivation feels a bit low. Especially valuable for women and men approaching midlife or menopause.

- K5 Endurance Test: Assesses VO₂max, thresholds and training heart-rate zones (bike or treadmill; progressive load; breath analysis with a mask).
- FMS (Functional Movement Screen™): Identifies mobility and movement control issues and gives practical tips you can use right away.
- InBody Body Composition: See what your weight is truly made of: muscle and fat mass, fluid balance, muscle symmetry and health-relevant visceral fat.
