I am particularly familiar with the treatment of depression and anxiety, as well as rehabilitation from burnout.

Patient-centered care and holistic health are the most important aspects in my practice. I treat patients of all age whether your condition or worry is acute or chronic.

I am especially keen on skin cancer diagnostics and small procedures (eg. mole removals, wound care and treatment of abscess).

I work at Aava as a general practitioner and occupational health doctor. I am conducting doctoral research on weight and work ability at the University of Helsinki.

My areas of interest include weight management, and I utilize modern research data in my work. This means an empathetic, non-judgmental approach, where the treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s life situation.

I enjoy acute care work and provide general practitioner consultations at Aava. I treat conditions such as inflammations, sudden pain, and injuries. I perform various minor procedures in my consultations, such as removing skin lesions, draining abscesses, and closing wounds.

I manage diabetes, asthma, infectious diseases, as well as cardiovascular diseases at a general practitioner level.

I work as an occupational health physician at Aava Kamppi.

It is important to me to meet my patients holistically and listen. In addition to occupational health care, I am also a specialist in ear, nose and throat diseases. I also work part-time at the HUS Long-Term Rehabilitation Clinic.

I am passionate about people’s overall well-being and maintaining health and work capacity.

I also perform minor procedures such as mole removal and sinus punctures.
