I work as an occupational health physician at Aava Kamppi.

It is important to me to meet my patients holistically and listen. In addition to occupational health care, I am also a specialist in ear, nose and throat diseases. I also work part-time at the HUS Long-Term Rehabilitation Clinic.

I am passionate about people’s overall well-being and maintaining health and work capacity.

I also perform minor procedures such as mole removal and sinus punctures.

As a general practitioner I am especially interested in acute setting medicine as well as in certain neurological conditions such as migraine and restless legs syndrome. I have previously worked as a consultant physician of diabetes in primary care.

Currently I also work in the field of occupational medicine in Lääkärikeskus Aava. I work towards wholesome care taking an individual approach in each case.

I have worked in occupational health care for a long time, so I know the field very well.

* I seek to encounter a person as a whole, understanding the meaning of work-life balance, and e.g. the demands of family life.
* I recognize the effects of childhood’s early stages, affection bonds and potential traumatization on health and adult relationships.
* I can advise on rehabilitation and lifestyle changes, modifying work to support health, or how to act in case a health situation would call for a completely new career and taking into consideration the income.
* I have a deep knowledge in Kela’s rehabilitation possibilities.

I am interested in movement as medicine, and strive to treat widespread diseases above all by supporting a healthy lifestyle. I also treat sports and repetitive strain injuries with pleasure.

I have been working as a general practitioner for 10 years. My goal is to be a doctor who listens to his patients and has wide medical knowledge. We go through your problem and try to find the best solution that fits for you.
